The book title “The 8-Hour Diet: Watch the Pounds Disappear Without Watching What You Eat!” by authors David Moore and Peter Zinchenko cause a real congestion in America. In fact, this diet allows you to eat all the foods you want, but only if you eat between 09:0 a.m and 05:00 p.m o’clock.

What drew people is precisely the fact that this diet allows them to eat what they want, and authors of the book claim that this really works. The biggest threat to the slim line is overeating after 17 pm or in the evening when most people leisure before TV and eat.

They argue that people who adhere to their eight-hour diet can lose up to 4 pounds. Between 9 am and 17 pm can really eat everything, but after 17:00 pm is strictly prohibited consumption of any food.

This approach to nutrition is nothing new. And previous research has shown that if you want to lost weight, you shouldn’t eat after 18 pm, because food is digested slower in the evening.
