Summer ends – how to beat the bad mood?

  • Focus on what you did during the summer, not on the unrealized plans. Many people feel bad because they failed to do everything planned for the summer. Perhaps you failed to visit all the places you want to see? Or failed to experience a hot love affair? In any case, now you need to focus on what you have experienced in the summer and leave unrealized plans for next year.
  • Find autumn substitutes for summer activities. You love to run in the park? Now look for interesting classes like zumba, tae Bo or yoga. Autumn is great for learning. Start learning a new language or buy a new book.
  • Stay active outdoors. Sunlight is your ally in the fight against bad mood. Do not close the home, even if you are busy. Allocate 20 minutes a day to catch as much as you can timid rays of autumn sunshine.
  • Organize the last summer party. Get the closest friends and cooked fresh summer cocktails. Dice summer fruit and let cool pop music.
  • The end of summer does not have to mean the end of fun!
