Breasts are tender and neck is often overlooked. Both require special care. Perform following “instructions” for a month, three or four times a year.
- Cream (milk or gel) is applied lightly with the fingertips, starting from the outside of the breast. Spread the cream over the entire skin without nipples that can easily become irritated.
- Continue the movement, passing under the breast and then outside. Be careful not to make the breast “move.” Do not pull the skin and act with light touches.
- Do the same on the other side. Then with both hands, gently spread the cream over the entire neckline. Starting from the top of the breast, and extend to the base of the neck.
