How to be happy

  • Make yourself a list of 100 things that make you happy. It may sound difficult, but once you sit down and you start to think in that direction, you will see that there are many things that can bring you joy. Then every day do one thing on your “list of happiness.” If you have a written list of running in the snow, when the first snow falls, wherever you are, no matter how you feel, put on the boots and run. At that point no one can steal happiness.
  • Take care of your health and appearance. In a healthy body, healthy spirit. Practice healthy diet. Fatty foods makes you feel lazy, and later feel guilt and conscience of what you eat fatty foods so. Regular practice. This will improve your appearance and make you more satisfied with themselves. Moreover, exercise increases the level of endorphins in the body (hormone of happiness).
  • Control what you can control. You can not control everything that happens in life. Some things just do not depend on you. But do not feel powerless about it. Be smart and start making a difference between the things that you and the things that you can control.
