The immune system is an important factor for achieving and maintaining good health. If it is strong, then all processes in the body are flowing normally. Here’s a recipe for how to strengthen immunity:
- 100g raisins
- 150 g of nuts
- 100 g almonds
- Peel of 2 lemons
- 100 g dried apricots
- 100 grams of dried plums
- 300 g of honey
- In machine for grinding meat, grind the raisins, walnuts, almonds and lemon zest.
- In the mixture add the juice of two lemons, the peel which you have previously used. Mix.
- Further, add the dried plums and dried apricots. Mix.
- Finally add the honey and mix again.
- Leave it to stay in a dark place for 1-2 days.
How to use:
- For children older than 3 years – 1 tablespoon 2 times daily
- For adults: 1-2 tablespoon 3 times a day.
