The immune system is an important factor for achieving and maintaining good health. If it is strong, then all processes in the body are flowing normally. Here’s a recipe for how to strengthen immunity:

Ingredients:

  • 100g raisins
  • 150 g of nuts
  • 100 g almonds
  • Peel of 2 lemons
  • 100 g dried apricots
  • 100 grams of dried plums
  • 300 g of honey

Preparation:

  1. In machine for grinding meat, grind the raisins, walnuts, almonds and lemon zest.
  2. In the mixture add the juice of two lemons, the peel which you have previously used. Mix.
  3. Further, add the dried plums and dried apricots. Mix.
  4. Finally add the honey and mix again.
  5. Leave it to stay in a dark place for 1-2 days.

How to use:

  • For children older than 3 years – 1 tablespoon 2 times daily
  • For adults: 1-2 tablespoon 3 times a day.
